Terms of Service

Last updated 30 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Almacorp Pty Ltd ("Almacorp", "we", "us") for your use of QuickQuote, listed on the App Store as "QuickQuote AI Invoices" (the "Service"), including the iPhone app and the web version. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use QuickQuote

QuickQuote is built for business owners and sole traders. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is not directed at anyone under 18.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email address and password. Keep your password private and let us know at yousif.almashat@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. What the Service does

QuickQuote turns a plain-English description of a job into invoice or quote line items, lets you check and edit them, and sends the finished invoice or quote to your customer. It is a tool that helps you write and send documents. It is not accounting advice, tax advice or legal advice, and Almacorp is not your accountant or tax agent.

You are responsible for what you send. Check every invoice and quote before you send it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details, amounts, tax settings and bank details on the documents you send, and for your own tax and record-keeping obligations.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

QuickQuote comes with a 7-day free trial, followed by an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown at the time of purchase in your local currency.

Purchases on iPhone

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are Apple In-App Purchases. They are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID and Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Purchases on the web

Subscriptions bought on the web are processed by Stripe and managed inside the app. Refunds for web purchases are at our discretion.

What the subscription covers

Sending invoices and quotes requires an active subscription or trial. You can create drafts without one.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices; any change applies from your next renewal after we have given you notice.

5. Your content

You own the invoices, quotes, customer details and business details you put into QuickQuote. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the Service for you, including passing job descriptions to third-party AI providers to turn them into line items, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to use your customers' details for invoicing, and that your content does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings and then Delete account inside the app, or by emailing yousif.almashat@gmail.com. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Backups roll off within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in your iPhone Settings.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep QuickQuote available, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, add or remove features. We will give you notice of material changes to these Terms in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Almacorp Pty Ltd. These Terms do not give you any ownership of it, only the right to use it while you comply with these Terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law:

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
